1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The book must be unused, in its original condition, and free from damage.

• Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

• Digital or downloadable versions of the book (eBook, PDF, audiobook).

• Books damaged by the customer, including stains, tears, or writing.

• Discounted or promotional items unless they arrived defective.

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected:

• You will receive an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

• Defective

• Damaged

• Incorrect upon delivery

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your book.

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our side.

• If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged on arrival), we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not been shipped.
